We are pleased to announce that we will be turning EFT cash outs back on weekly.
With the risk of COVID still high, we are very conscious of keeping our staff safe and are still looking to limit their time in office and travelling to and from work. As such, we will be processing EFT cash outs weekly. Exact payment dates are listed below and cash out limits may apply during this time. Instant cash out will remain closed during this period until further notice.

# cash outs from 26 August 2021 to 1st September 2021 will be paid on 3 September 2021
# cash outs from 2 September 2021 to 8 September 2021 will be paid on 10 September 2021
# cash outs from 9 September 2021 to 15 September 2021 will be paid on 17 September 2021
# cash outs from 16 September 2021 to 22 September 2021 will be paid on 24 September 2021
# cash outs from 23 September 2021 to 29 September 2021 will be paid on 1 October 2021

In our last message we indicated that we had to make some changes to our service during these uncertain times. Thank you for your continued support and patience with these changes. Balancing the safety of our staff while continuing to provide cash back offers to help you during these tough times has been our number 1 priority.
So where do we stand now…
With lock down level 3 we are busy getting staff set up in office again. We are also seeing more brands engaging with us again so will be able to provide you more great cash back offers shortly. On the cash out, we will look to turn this on again when our staff and security controls are back to full speed.
We will continue to keep you updated as we get back fully operational and appreciate your continued support.

While we strive to continue our services to you, our number 1 priority at SnapnSave during these uncertain times is to ensure the safety of our staff. In order to do this we have set up our team to work from home.
In setting up a remote workplace we have also had to be very conscious of our tech security measures that are put in place to keep your money safe. It is for this reason that we are keeping the cash out feature turned off. Although frustrating to you as one of our valued Snappers, we will ensure that your money is kept safe and secure.
Once we are Nationally out of lock down (or Nationally below stage 3 lock down) we will get our essential staff setup to go into office to process eft cash outs safely and securely. In the mean time I can assure you that your money is safe and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
Since the outbreak of COVID-19 we have done our utmost to ensure that SnapnSave is still operational and that you as Snappers can continue to get cash back in these uncertain times.
As a business we have had to balance providing you this service with the responsibility of ensuring the health and safety of our employees.
As such we have had to make some temporary changes in how SnapnSave operates. These include:
- Accepting online slips so you can shop in the safety of your own home;
- Turning cash outs off to ensure your personal information and money is kept safe;
- Funding certain deals ourselves as many brands are not promoting over this difficult time;
- Working from home to ensure SnapnSave operates and we can continue to support any issues you have.
