HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR TILL SLIPS TO BE PROCESSED?
It can take up to 4 working days for your till slips to be approved depending on the amount of till slips we receive.

WHAT IF MY CELL NUMBER CHANGES? 
Please let us know if your cell number has changed so we can update it on your profile as well as allowing you to receive SMS’s when using Instant Cashouts. Please go to our “Contact Us” page and we’ll gladly assist you.

I’M UNABLE TO SNAP A PICTURE OF MY TILL SLIP
Please go to your cashback clubs app settings and allow camera permissions. If this still doesn’t help it could be the type of device you are using and you’ll need to upload the image of your till slip from your phones gallery.

MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED Q’S FOR CASHBACK CLUB MEMBERS WITH EFT

I’VE DONE AN EFT CASHOUT TO MY ACCOUNT, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REFLECT? 
Cash outs are processed weekly – cycles run from Thursdays to Wednesdays and eft payments will be processed on Fridays unless the Friday falls on a public holiday. If it does, your payment will be processed on the following Friday.
Please allow for up to 2 working days for monies to reflect in your account. If you still haven’t received your eft by the following Wednesday, please contact us. Cash out limits may apply. This is only applicable for cash back clubs where eft’s are available. 

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY EFT CASHOUT
Certain banks don’t notify you on eft payments that are less than R100. Please allow for up to 2 working days for monies to reflect in your account. If you still haven’t received your eft by the following Wednesday, please check your bank statements/balances. If you still haven’t received your eft, please contact us. This is only applicable for cash back clubs where eft’s are available.  

MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED CASH OUT Q’S FOR MOYA CASHBACK CLUB MEMBERS

HOW DO I CASH OUT IF I’M A MOYA CASHBACK CLUB MEMBER?
On or by the 15th of each month we will automatically transfer the balance of funds in your Moya Cashback Club wallet to your Moya Pay Wallet. The automatic transfer will only take place should you meet the minimum cash out amount (R50 minimum for your first withdrawal and R25 minimum thereafter). The amount transferred will be the balance of funds in your wallet on the last day of the month prior to the 15th of the month when the transfer is made.

The cashback club is a rewards club, powered by SnapnSave, that gives you cash back wherever you shop. 

ARE THERE ANY FEES FOR USING THE CASHBACK CLUB? 
No. The cashback club is absolutely free to use. We’re in the business of giving you cash. 

WILL MY PERSONAL DETAILS BE SHARED WITH ANYONE? 
Your privacy is very important to us at the cashback club. We will not share your details with anyone other than put out in our terms and conditions and privacy policy. 

HOW CAN I JOIN THE CASHBACK CLUB? 
Joining The cashback club is free and easy. Simply register an account on our website, mobile site or app. You can download the mobile app on the IOS (Apple) or Android app stores where available. 

WHERE IS THE CASHBACK CLUB AVAILABLE? 
Currently, only in sunny South Africa.  



SNAP INCENTIVE FAQ’S: 

USING A PROMO CODE 
Promo codes are entered by a new user when registering a new account. Enter the promo code into the field “Got Promo Code?” that may entitle you to receive extra cash in your wallet or another incentive. 

SHARING YOUR UNIQUE PROMO CODE 
From June 2017 until 15 May 2021 the cashback club gave you the opportunity to earn extra cash by inviting others to use the cashback club. This feature was promoted under the “Free Cash” page and would give you an extra R10 in cashback when a friend of yours signed up for the cashback club, entered your promo code and then claimed 5 or more cashback deals. This feature was discontinued on 15 May 2021. 

WHAT IS “SNAP ANY TILL SLIP”? 
We want you to get the feel for how easy it is to start snapping your till slips, so we’re giving you R5 just to snap any ol’ till slip you have. This is only for users who have never snapped a till slip yet. This does not constitute a first valid snap, it’s just so you can see how the snapping process works. 

WHY DO I NEED TO FILL IN MY DETAILS FOR SURVEY DEALS? 
We want to get to know you better so that we can find the best cash back deals for you!

EXTRA SNAP INCENTIVES

PARTNER BONUS CASHBACK INCENTIVE
Certain cashback clubs will give you an extra percentage cash back when you claim a valid coupon. This will be shown in your wallet as ‘Partner Bonus’, about 10min after your snaps are approved. You will qualify for the Partner Bonus when using any of the cash back clubs listed below.
The amount of extra percentage cash back will be subject to the rules of that cashback club.

SnapnSave cashback club: Click on “Partner Bonuses” in your “more” menu and link to one of the partners listed to earn your extra cash back.
The Unlimited cashback club: You will qualify for an extra percentage cashback when you sign up and claim a valid coupon/s.



SNAPPING FAQ’S:

HOW DO I SNAP MY TILL SLIP? 
Click “Snap Till Slip” when logged into your profile. If you are using the mobile app, you will find the “Snap” button at the bottom of the screen in the centre. You need to snap the entire slip in every detail from the very top edge to the bottom edge of the till slip. Take multiple photos of long till slips. 

NB – IT CAN TAKE US UP TO 4 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR TILL SLIPS AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IF YOUR SNAPPED TILL SLIP HAS BEEN APPROVED OR NOT. 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY SNAPPED TILL SLIP IS REJECTED? 
You need to visit “My Wallet” when logged into your profile. When in My Wallet, click on “Transaction History” to see why it was rejected. If your snapped till slip is rejected, your deals will stay booked for a further 48hrs to allow you to snap your till slip again properly. 

CAN I USE THE SAME TILL SLIP MORE THAN ONCE? 
Yes, as long as the till slip has not been uploaded by another users account. 

HOW DO I GET MY CASH BACK? 
Cashback options will vary subject to your cashback club rules.
Once you’ve accumulated cash in your SnapnSave wallet (R50 minimum for first time cash outs or R25 for second time cash outs) you can cashout!

WHICH TILL SLIPS ARE NOT ACCEPTED BY THE CASHBACK CLUB?
We don’t accept slips from stores that you are employed at. We don’t accept slips that have been altered in anyway, such as the date, time or items on your slips. We do not accept slips with products that have been returned. If your slip was processed and we pick up that you returned items without notifying us, we have the right to close your account. If we detect any hacking or spyware on your device your account will be banned with immediate effect.



CASHBACK DEALS FAQ’S:

WHAT IS A CASHBACK DEAL? 
A deal which gives you cash back for buying a particular product.

WHAT IS A LOCKED DEAL? 
Locked cashback deals are deals that can only be booked by people with the special unlock code. Sometimes you as a cashback club user can get the unlock code by clicking on the deal and following the link. 

HOW DOES “NOTIFY ME” WORK? 
When cashback deals on a particular product have been all booked out by other users you can request to be notified if one becomes available if they don’t use it. If so, the deal will automatically be placed in your booked list and you will be notified. 
NB: Please don’t buy or wait for these items to become available as your other booked items could expire and there is no guarantee more deals will become available at all. This feature does not apply to locked deals. 

WHAT ARE MULTIPLE CASHBACK DEALS? 
They are deals that contain more than one deal per item. In other words, you can buy more than one of the item and get cash back on each one. 

DO I HAVE TO BUY ALL MULTIPLE CASHBACK DEALS THAT I BOOK? 
No, you don’t. You can decide how many you would like to use. We’ll approve the amount you snapped accordingly. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T BUY ALL THE CASHBACK DEALS BOOKED FOR ME? 
Not to worry, if you don’t use all the multiple cashback deals available, they will be automatically re-booked for another 48 hours. E.g. If the maximum number of deals for a cash back deal is 4, and you use 1 deal, the outstanding 3 would be automatically re-booked for you to use again after your snap gets approved. 

HOW DOES THE STRIKE THROUGH ON MY BOOKED CASHBACK DEALS WORK? (APP ONLY) 
You can strike cashback deals off your “Booked Deals” list as you shop. Use this just like a shopping list, striking items off as you put them into your trolly or basket. NB: Striking items off your list does not un-book them. To Remove the Strikethrough simply tap it again. 

WHEN ARE NEW CASHBACK DEALS LOADED? 
We load new cashback deals every week at different times. Remember that deals are being released back onto the cashback club all the time because some users aren’t redeeming their booked cashback deals within the 48hr period. 

WHAT ARE MONEY MAKERS? 
Money Makers are our super cashback deals that we will push up to, or over 30% cashback. Money Maker deals can occur at any time. 

HOW DO I BOOK CASHBACK DEALS? 
Easy! When browsing the list of cashback deals, simply click “Book Deal” and follow the prompts. 

DO I HAVE TO BOOK THE CASHBACK DEALS TO GET CASH BACK? 
Yes, you need to book the deal, buy the product(s) and snap your till slip within 48hrs of booking the deal in order to get cash back. 

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I USE A SPECIFIC CASHBACK DEAL? 
Unless it’s specified on the cash back deal, you can only use the deal once. 

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I BOOK A CASHBACK DEAL? 
Once you’ve booked a cash back deal, you have 48hrs to go buy that product in any leading national retailer where it is available and snap your till slip. Click on the deal image to get more information such as where it can be purchased. 

WHERE CAN I BUY THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE ON OFFER? 
You can buy the products that are on offer with the cashback club at all national retailers whether in store or online. Click on the deal image to see information about where the deal is available. Sometimes, specific stores may not be in stock of a particular product. 

CAN I BUY THE PRODUCTS ON OFFER AT ONLINE STORES? 
Yes you can! As long as we can verify your online slip with an invoice number, vat number, date & time, you can snap it. 

WHAT MUST I DO WHEN I HAVE BOUGHT A PRODUCT THAT I HAVE BOOKED A CASHBACK DEAL FOR? 
You need to send us a snap of your till slip to prove that you purchased the product. Click “Snap My Till Slip” when logged into your profile. If you are using the mobile app, you will find the snap button at the bottom of the screen in the centre. 

HOW DO I SEE THE CASHBACK DEALS DETAILS & TERMS? 
Click on the cash back deal image and you will find all information about the deal such as where you can buy the product and other useful info. We highly recommend that you check the deal details before buying the products to avoid any misunderstandings. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T USE A CASH BACK DEAL WITHIN 48HRS? 
If you haven’t sent us a snap of your till slip after 48hrs of booking a cash back deal, we assume you are no longer interested in the deal. The deal then gets released back into the system so that other snappers can use it. You can book it again as long as the deal is still available. 

WHAT IF I DON’T WANT A BOOKED CASHBACK DEAL ANYMORE? 
You can un-book deals that you’ve booked at any time by clicking the book button again. 

WHAT MUST I DO WHEN I HAVE BOUGHT A PRODUCT THAT I HAVE BOOKED A CASHBACK DEAL FOR? 
You need to snap of your till slip to prove that you purchased the product. 



MY WALLET FAQ’S:

WALLET FAQ’S FOR ALL CASHBACK CLUBS

IS THERE A MINIMUM CASH OUT AMOUNT? 
Yes, when you first join the cashback club you need to reach at least R50 in your wallet to cash out (AND have snapped 5 cashback deals). This does not include your dummy ‘R5’ till slip. After your first cash out you need to have at least R25 in your wallet to cash out at any time. 

DO MONIES IN MY WALLET EXPIRE? 
You will not be able to cashout monies in your wallet if you have not uploaded a till slip for 365 or more days and if the cashback club ceases to operate for any reason at any point in time. 

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MY WALLET BALANCE & MY LIFETIME EARNINGS? 
Your wallet balance is the amount of cash back that you have available in your cashback club wallet. Your lifetime earnings is the total amount of cash back that you have earned since registering with the cashback club. 

HOW LONG IS THE CASH BACK IN MY WALLET VALID FOR? 
Your cash back in your cashback club wallet is valid for 1 year from the date of your last login into your cashback club profile.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY EFT FAILED OR BOUNCED? 
You will be notified 2-3 days after we process all EFT’s. If your EFT bounces or fails, please go to our “Contact Us” page and we will assist you. It is likely that you entered your account number incorrectly. This is only applicable for cash back clubs where eft’s are available.  

HOW SECURE ARE MY BANK DETAILS? 
Extremely secure! We don’t even store your details on our servers so there is no way anyone can get to them. Once you input your details your account number is encrypted, so not even we can see your details when a transfer is made. This is only applicable for cash back clubs where eft’s are available. 

HOW MANY EFT ACCOUNTS CAN I ADD? 
You can add up to 5 bank accounts in your wallet which you can use to cash out. This is only applicable for cash back clubs where eft’s are available. 

WHY DO I PAY BANK TRANSFER FEES WHEN USING EFT CASH OUTS? 
Every bank charges a standard transfer rate of around R2,50 per transfer into your account. We do our best to keep this charge as low as possible but it is not in our control. This is only applicable for cash back clubs where eft’s are available. 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY BANK ISN’T LISTED FOR AN EFT? 
Please go to our “Contact Us” page and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. 

HOW DO I DELETE AN EFT ACCOUNT FROM MY CASHOUT OPTIONS?

WALLET FAQ’S FOR CASHBACK CLUB MEMBERS WITH INSTANT CASH

WHAT IS INSTANT CASH? 
You can use Instant Cash to cash out even if you don’t have a bank account. You’ll get a pin code SMS’ed to your registered cell number and you can go draw your cash out of any Standard Bank ATM. This is only applicable for cash back clubs where instant cash is available. 

WHICH CELL NUMBER DOES THE INSTANT CASH SMS GO TO? 
When you signed up to the cashback club your cell number was saved to your profile – the instant cash SMS will be sent to this cell number. If you changed you cell number for any reason since joining the cashback club please go to our “Contact Us” page and we’ll assist you. 

DIDN’T GET YOUR INSTANT CASH SMS? 
First make sure the cell number you signed up to the cashback club with is the number you are currently using. If you have waited a few minutes and still have not received the SMS please try turning your phone off and on again, this delay sometimes occurs on the CellC network. 

HAVING ISSUES AT THE ATM WITHDRAWING YOUR INSTANT CASH? 
Once you cashout from the cashback club and you have received your Instant Cash SMS you will need to contact Standard Bank Instant Money department directly for assistance if you encounter any issues at the ATM: Call 0860 466 639. Their lines are open from 8am to 8pm on Mon-Fri and 8am to 5pm on weekends and public holidays. 

WHAT IS THE INSTANT CASH DAILY LIMIT? 
You can cashout up to R500 a day using instant cashouts. 

WHY DOESN’T INSTANT CASH OUTS WORK ON WEEKENDS? 
Instant cash outs are limited to weekdays from Monday 8am to Friday 5pm. 

WALLET FAQ’S FOR CASHBACK CLUB MEMBERS WITH CASH OUT TO PARTNERS

HOW DOES CASHOUT TO PARTNERS WORK? 
If you have an existing account with one of the cashback club partners, you can link your account & get an additional percentage cash back on each snap, as well as the ability to move your earnings to your partner account from your cashback club wallet. Simply tap cashout – Enter the amount to transfer and hit cashout. This is only applicable for cash back clubs where partner cash out is available.

HOW DO I CASH OUT IF I’M A MOYA CASHBACK CLUB MEMBER?

WHAT IS THE SNAPPER RANKING? 
The Snapper Ranking is a lifetime and monthly leader board showing where you rank along with other snappers, based on how many cashback deals you use. 

WHAT IS A SUPER SNAPPER? 
A super snapper is someone who snaps 10 or more approved cashback deals in a calendar month. If you do this, you will be sent a notification and exclusive deals will be unlocked for you from the 7th of the following month. (note: cashback deals must be uploaded in the calendar month but they may only be approved in the following month). 



ACCOUNT FAQ’S: 

CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE CASHBACK CLUB ACCOUNTS? 
No, opening multiple cashback club accounts is strictly forbidden. Any user found to have more than one cashback club account will have their wallet frozen and will not be able to cash out. If you are using more than one cashback club account please contact us to rectify the situation. 

WHY DO SOME CASHBACK DEALS REQUEST MY INFO TO BOOK? 
Some brands we partner with will sponsor a cash back deal in exchange for info, but only if you agree. You’ll get prompted to agree to share specified info when you book the deal. If you don’t want to share info just close the window and go back to booking other deals. We will never share info without you agreeing explicitly. The info you choose to share is always protected by the PoPI act & can only be used for the purpose you agree to. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD? 
Simply go to the login screen on the website or app and click “I Forgot My Password” and follow the prompts to reset your password. 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PHONE GETS LOST OR STOLEN? 
Sorry for your loss. Simply log on to the cashback club using a different phone, go to your profile and change your password at the bottom of your profile page. Alternatively go to our “Contact Us” page and we’ll gladly assist you.
