This promotional competition is open to all South African citizens who are 18 years or older, registered on Facebook and are in possession of a valid South African identity document.

To enter the competition, book the combo coupon on SnapnSave > purchase the combo at your nearest PnP store: 500g Findus Carrots and Sea Harvest Kingklip Fish Cakes. Then snap your till slip using the coupon on SnapnSave.

Entrants are required to retain their till slip as proof of purchase.

The Promoter will select winners based on a random draw. The winners will be contacted by phone or email, and their names announced on Sea Harvest’s Facebook page. They will be provided with instructions on when and where to collect the prize.

Entrants stand the chance to win an Airfryer, valued at R1999.00

Winners will be required to show proof of identity in order to claim the prize. Sea Harvest may require winners to provide further documents and information in order to facilitate use of the prize.

Sea Harvest shall not be responsible for competition entries that are late, lost, misdirected or delayed for any reason, including due to hardware, software, browser or network failure of any kind, and/or lost or unavailable network or telecommunications facilities. All entries received that are late, incomplete, damaged, defaced, or illegible will be void and not eligible for a prize.

The winners name will be published on Sea Harvest’s Facebook page. Winners shall email their contact details to competition@seaharvest.co.za. Sea Harvest will attempt to contact a winner at least 3 times and if Sea Harvest is unable to contact a winner or should a winner not claim a prize within 14 days of the date of first notification, then the winner will forfeit the prize and Sea Harvest reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible winner.

All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Prize will be distributed at the end of the competition.

Delivery of prizes will take between 4 – 6 weeks.

Sea Harvest reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes for another prize of similar value at any time and for any reason at Sea Harvest’s sole discretion.

Sea Harvest’s decision as to the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Sea Harvest does not warrant that any prize will be free from defects. Sea Harvest and/or its directors, members, partners and employees shall NOT be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss, damage or costs, howsoever arising, suffered by a winner of any of the prizes in this promotional competition.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes consent to use the winner’s name and likeness for editorial, advertising, publicity and television broadcast without compensation, unless the winner notifies Sea Harvest in writing that he/she does not wish to do so. Winner will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for any such publicity or otherwise. All and any materials, including publicity materials, will be the sole property of Sea Harvest.

The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern these terms and conditions and entrants agree to exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts in any matter arising from these terms and conditions.

Any attempt to use multiple email or Facebook accounts or other tactics to enter more than the stated limit may result in disqualification and all associated entries and/or votes will be void.
