After an IOS 11.1.2 update I am unable to log into the app. I get an “External user not registered” error message. There is no way to reset the password and re-registering using the same mobile number will obviously not be an option. Please advise.

I have been a great fan of SnapnSave for the last few years but recently I have become extremely disheartened with the offerings. At least 90% of what’s on offer are either DIY tools or wholesale items. I, and I’m sure many others, far preferred having items that regular families could enjoy such as individual food items and cleaning materials. Having to access these products only as wholesale items, is not practical for everyone. Perhaps include a few more items we could buy at regular supermarkets.

You book the coupons on SnapnSave, then go shopping like you normally would at any major retailer (each coupon will stipulate where you can buy the product but its usually any major retailer)…then once you’ve bought the items you snap a photo of your till slip using SnapnSave to claim your coupons & get the cash back. Hi, Why is the approvals of my coupons taking so long? Some of them are pending for over 2 weeks now and other for a week. The problem is, that I want to snap my slips, but can’t because that coupons are not available because of their pending status.

Good day,
My claim has been rejected unfairly, i have booked for more over 10 products and my till slip is one long till slip, the reject reason says i snapped multiple slips which is not the case, the slip has 6 parts as the products booked are spread over the 6 parts till slips, please process my claim manually.
