- This competition is run and managed by Baby Yum Yum in partnership with SnapnSave (Pty) Limited with registered address at 2A Park Road, Gardens, Cape Town, South Africa. Participation in this Competition is governed by these terms and conditions (the “Rules”) as detailed in this document below.
- Participants are encouraged to review the Rules before entering the Competition and acknowledge that they been given an appropriate opportunity to do so and that they understand and accept these Rules.
- Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Rules and Participants agree to abide by these Rules.
- This Competition is limited to legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa. In addition, the following people shall not be eligible to participate in this Competition:
- Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of Baby Yum Yum and SnapnSave (Pty) Limited
- Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified above
- People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
- The minimum age to participate in the Competition: 18 years at the date of the competition. Winners will be required to share a copy of their ID or passport.
- To take part in the competition participants will be required to sign up on SnapnSave through promotional links provided by Baby Yum Yum and snap any Pampers cash back deal on www.snapnsave.co.za or on the SnapnSave app. To enter a participant will need to book the Pampers cash back deal and upload the till slip as proof. Entry to this competition will not guarantee you a prize.
- Competition dates are from 1 November 2021 until 30 November 2021. SnapnSave reserves the right to extend competition dates at its sole discretion
- Winners will be selected by SnapnSave (Pty) Limited at its sole discretion via random selection on the 10 December 2021. Winners will be notified via telephone on the 15 December 2021. SnapnSave will attempt to contact the winner(s) once a day for a period of 3 days after the initial attempt is made on 15 December 2021. A winner will be deemed to have forfeited their prize if:
- At the end of the 3 day period of trying to contact a winner, SnapnSave is unable to be connect with that winner
- The winner is illegible to win the prize in terms of these rules
- If in the event of winner forfeiting their Prize, a new winner will be selected and contact by SnapnSave (Pty) Limited.
- SnapnSave reserves the right to increase the number of competition prize winners at its sole discretion.
- The 2 prize winners will be paid a prize in the form of cash of R2500 each. Prizes will be funded with a deposit into your SnapnSave wallet on the date to be confirmed by SnapnSave.
- Other general terms:
- The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- SnapnSave (Pty) Limited may require the winner to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement to enable the Promoters to ensure compliance with these Rules.
- Winners may also be required to sign acceptance of prizes and indemnity documents.
- The prize is not transferable. The prize will not be handed/awarded to a third party, but only to the verified prize winner.
- SnapnSave (Pty) Limited reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute the prize with any other prize of comparable or greater commercial value for whatever reason.
- Participants maybe required to take part in publicity campaigns for broadcast or publishing purposes. Participants shall at all times be entitled to decline the above request. Participants that take part in any publicity will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for such publicity or otherwise. All publicity and other materials will be the sole property of SnapnSave (Pty) Limited
- Nothing in these Rules is intended to, or must be understood to, unlawfully restrict, limit or avoid any rights or obligations, as the case maybe, created for either the Participant or SnapnSave (Pty) Limited in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (“CPA”).
- All Participants participate entirely at their own risk. By reading and accepting these Rules, the Participants give consent to these risks and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless SnapnSave (Pty) Limited their directors, employees and agents of any and all liability pertaining to any damage, cost, injuries and losses of whatever nature sustained as a result of their participation in the Competition and related events and activities, save where such damage, cost, injuries and losses are sustained as a result of the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of any of the Promoters and/or SnapnSave (Pty) Limited
- SnapnSave (Pty) Ltd, their directors, employees, agents and distributors accept no responsibility and they will not, in any circumstances, be liable to compensate the Participants, or accept any liability for: (a) any inability by the Participant to use the prize in part or at all; (b) the lack of quality or any other aspect of any service which is or should be provided at any venue(s) in relation to the prize; or (c) any personal loss or injury occurring at any venue(s) arising, directly or indirectly, out of the use of the prize.
- SnapnSave (Pty) Limited, their directors, employees, agents and distributors, are not responsible for any misrepresentation (whether written or verbal) in respect of any prizes or in respect of any warranties or undertakings given by any person other than by SnapnSave (Pty) Ltd themselves
- SnapnSave (Pty) Ltd reserve the right to terminate or extend the Competition at any time. In the event of such termination or extension, all Participants agree to waive (give up) any rights that they may have in terms of the Promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against SnapnSave (Pty) Ltd, its advertising agencies, advisors, suppliers and nominated agents or its directors or employees.
- Facebook and/or Instagram: This Competition is in no way organized, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, and/or Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to SnapnSave (Pty) Limited and not to Facebook, and/or Instagram.
- These Rules shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of South Africa and any Participant and SnapnSave (Pty) Limited consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa.
