Please see the below tips & issues we’re aware of and working on:

1. How long does it take for slips to be processed?

It can take up to 4 working days for your till slips to be approved depending on the amount of till slips we receive.

2. Can’t Add Another Bank Account?

Are you receiving an error when trying to add a second bank account? Please note the following:

  • You won’t be able to add a second bank account if you have a pending cash-out.
  • If you have successfully cashed out to the current bank account linked to your profile, you won’t be able to add another bank account. Please contact us at hello@snapnsave.co.za to have your existing bank account removed so that you can add a new one.
  • You may not link multiple shopper accounts to a single bank account.
  • Your account number should only consist of numbers. No spaces, letters, or special characters should be included.

3. EFT bank details failed? Here’s how to load EFT bank details correctly.

To ensure your bank account details don’t bounce again, please check the following:

  • Your bank account is still active.
  • You are adding your account number and not a card number.
  • You are cashing out to a cheque or savings account and not a credit card account or number.
  • Your account number should only consist of numbers. No spaces letters and special characters should be included.

Once you’ve loaded your updated banking details on your account, please try cashing out again.

4. Cashed out but haven’t received your EFT payment?

EFT CASH OUT DATES:

Cash outs cycles run from Thursdays to Wednesdays and eft payments will be processed the following Friday unless the Friday falls on a public holiday. If it does, your payment will be processed the Friday thereafter. Please allow for up to 2 working days for monies to reflect in your account. If you still haven’t received your eft by the Wednesday thereafter, please contact us.
Please note: Due to the holiday period, cash-out payments will not be processed on 27 December 2024 or 3 January 2025. Cash-out processing will resume on 10 January 2025.

EFT CASH OUT LIMITS:

Please note that there are cash out limits of one transaction per account every 7 days. 
If you requested more than one cash out within 7 days, any subsequent cash out requests during that period will be automatically reversed and returned to your wallet. 
And, if a cash out is pending on your account you won’t be able to make another cash out until your pending cash out has been released. 

5. Can’t find the retailer you are trying to snap?

Please open up the coupon details to see which retailers are listed and select accordingly. You can also snap by selecting the retailer “z_any retailer”. ​

6. Sharing your unique promo code.

From June 2017 until 15 May 2021 SnapnSave gave you the opportunity to earn extra cash by inviting others to use SnapnSave. This feature was promoted under the “Free Cash” page and would give you an extra R10 in cashback when a friend of yours signed up for SnapnSave, entered your promo code and then claimed 5 or more coupons. This feature was discontinued on 15 May 2021.
